Here's my idea of how best to proceed with it. An advertisement I created on Facebook.

Do you need more reality in your life? Do you want to earn quick cash for having no skills whatsoever? If so, read on...
I'm recruiting for a "reality TV" program I'd like to pitch to TruTV called FOR REALS! No acting experience needed. Acting practice will begin in late fall, after I have time to sufficiently reference "acting for dummies" and develop a proper weekend course. Applicants with verifiable fraud convictions will receive an attractive and competitive sign on bonus for their creative initiative. Also accepting positions for the writing and scripting team; again, no experience necessary. Costumes and props such as fake law enforcement uniforms, badges, thug outfits, plastic guns, fake gold chains etc. are highly sought after as well.
At this point I really don't have any direction in which I would like
to take the show, but I think that's how most of these shows start
anyway. Pretty much anything will work so feel free to get creative and
make suggestions. All we really need to do is assemble a sufficient
number of "reality TV stars" willing to sign some waivers and we're off!
I have a couple of old cameras that should work to get us started.

I'm looking forward to this fool proof, get rich quick scheme. I see no imaginable reason why this wouldn't work just as good for us as it has for the countless stars who have come before us. It's a win win win for everyone involved! The network gets another top notch television program to cram with around 50 solid commercial advertising blocks into for every 1/2 hour show we produce, we get our share of the earnings, and most importantly the public gets more reality in their lives which is exactly what they demand! This will assuredly drive the network's ratings up and pave the way to the future. WIN WIN WIN!!!
With every new show that pops up it is apparent that the people have spoken. They want this garbage, they're dying for it and who are we to deprive them of it!?! It's time to cash in and get ours FOR REALS!!!
